Founded in Skopje, Association of Citizens International Institute for Development, Education and Scientific Research Stabilitas is a newly created association that aims at the overall improvement of social and sociological needs. Since its creation, the association has been actively working on promoting and advancing pan-European values, raising awareness for the realization of the rights and freedoms of citizens and their safety, improvement in the field of health, the legal system and the overall social interest.

Membership in the association is free and voluntary, and any person who fulfills the legal requirements, accepts the association’s goals, and signs an accession form or obtains a membership card may become a member, with the card returned upon exclusion from the association.
